Each year, we fly our team out to a secret location where laws - or lack of - are set by the current occupying militant group. 

In order to keep the team focused on work throughout the working year, we ask everyone to vote in secret on who they think is the weakest member of the team. 

This weak person (bosses not included) is then released the local nature reserve and the remaining lucky team members have four days to hunt and kill that individual using a variety of mycology related tools we hide at predetermined points.

If they aren't killed when the final horn blows, we spend the next year working a five day working week as punishment. Which many would say, is worse than being mutilated by your workmates.

During this time, we are obviously not doing traditional MycoPunks work. We would ask that you respect our customs and see it as being a necessary method of self improvement and cleaving the herd.

Seriously though, we need one million beers in Portugal for a few days, the team deserve it. They've worked very hard this year and we need a mini break x
